It Is DONE!!!

athersgeoYes, ladies and gentlemen of my friends list and passing strangers who've just wandered by for the chicken and caberet act that follows: Shadow Games, draft number two, IS DONE.
It's taken me just about seven months; some sections of the story have been completely and utterly redone (not least the climax, which I finished tonight), others have just been tweaked. I've added whole new chapters and dumped entire scenes, but it is now complete.
I checked my post that celebrated the completioin of draft one, back in July (seems so long ago!). Draft one contained 29 chapters and 68,000 words. Draft number two comes in at 33 chapters and a whopping 82,500 words.
Of course, I still have some edits left (not least the ruthless extermination of my repeated abuse of the word realise) and there are one or two scenes that still need work. But...IT'S DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
