Two nights ago, I was having a bit of a shitfit over whether or not Bandit Country was going to be long enough and whether or not I had the pacing right etc, etc, etc. [livejournal.com profile] ganeris copped for the brunt of this (*pauses to wave and genuflect*) and patiently pointed out that, as has become standard for my work since I started the ID'verse, the chances were Bandit Country would multiply and expand and I'd have no need to worry.

As is usual, she was right :) I've just inserted my first extra chapter into the listing. First and almost certainly won't be last.

And seeing as I have no work until the client supplies templates (which he's been promising to do for the last WEEK!), I'm off to carry on with BC.

*thoughtfully* I really should start thinking about what it's properly going to be called. I swear, this isn't going to be another Max Force*...

*MF was a working title based on the idea of it being a cross over with Max Steel, and while a TINY element of that original idea did actually make it into the final story, the title really should have been changed when I knew MS wasn't going to crop up that majorly (which I knew before I committed finger to keyboard).

Glad you're making progress. A good story tends to expand that way, subplots become more involved, scenes take longer than you thought, new scenes push their way in. Can't wait to see it -- (but I know it'll be a while).
