...only with the part where fun was the last thing that was occuring.

*sigh*

Bristol appears not to have bothered with gritting.

Bristol received somewhere between an inch and two inches of snow. (Those of you reading this who live in places that get snow on a regular basis, you may wish to start giggling here.)

It do be chaos out on them thar roads right now - to the point where I've got TO work, but I'm a little unsure how I'm going to be getting HOME again as the drive home includes a steep hill that I don't need to drive up/down going to work (one way systems for the lose).

It will all thaw and be gone by 5pm. Yes?

Fingers crossed for you getting home safely

- if it's started to thaw a bit, can you take advantage of that and leave before it's starts freezing up again?

If there was any kind of thaw going on, I think both the boss and I would be doing just that (and as it is, we may well be departing early to try and avoid getting stuck in gridlocked traffic - normally takes the boss 20 minutes to get in; today, it took over an hour!). Alas, however, taint doing anything like thawing - I don't think we've even got above freezing yet!

And thank you!

We got snow here too... I sunk in over my ankles at the offices parking lot, trying cross where there was no ice.

Hope you got home safely. *hugs*
