I Seem To Be Having A Wednesday...
Feb. 9th, 2007 01:49 pmYes, it's two days late, but today has all the hallmarks of being a Wednesday, even down to the ever-fun exploding one's lunch in the microwave. (Don't ask.)
Blah.
And I get that it's supposed to be winter and all that jazz, but please, for the love of flying toast: STOP BLOODY SNOWING. It was freezing rain on the way in to work (which was unpleasant) and it has now proceeded to snow off and on all morning. I think we're now back with the freezing rain. Ugh. And I'm sure none of this was forecast. Mercifully, the snow doesn't seem to be pitching, but we're barely above freezing, which means the drive home is likely to be even more unpleasant than normal.
Ugh.
Quite a short list this week, so I've really got no excuse not to get lots of the writing/editing stuff done.
*looks out of the window*
Drat. The snow; it has returned.
*sigh*
Don't mind me; I'm just being disgustingly English
