Random observation: It's surprisingly difficult to write about Christmas out-of-season.

Fortunately, I have some MP3s that'll remedy that little issue.

It just feels so weird, doesn't it.

Although, some shops give you the impression it isn't out-of-season at the moment!

This is true; Tesco have their Chilly and Co toys in - which, this year, includes a bird of indeterminate species. I *THINK* it's trying to be a penguin, but I've never seen a penguin with pink feet...

I'm not sure what feels weirder, though. Trying to write Christmassy scenes in September, or belting out Slade to try and get into the Christmassy mood!
