This morning:
15 mins tredmill
2 sets lats
10 mins xtrainer
2 sets chest
I did a full gym routine this morning (plus sit-ups last night); have to see how my back puts up with it during the day.
I did get another round of posting done last night, but rather than flood the archives with updates (as it were) I decided to hang back from posting the rest. So that'll be tonight's challenge.
Meantime, I'm going to make a stab at a chunk of What it Takes. It's funny (in a totally perverse and completely unfunny way), but three quarters of the story is going to be easy(ish) to write; I've got it thoroughly plotted out and I know what's going to happen when/where. The one quarter that isn't going to be easy?
That would, naturally, be the first one.
