Only a quick gym visit this morning - and only a quick entry now; got stuff to get on and deal with, workwise.
On the diet/health thing, week four starts today. The good news? I haven't gained any weight (and I might even have lost a little more - though it's difficult to tell on our scales once you get below whole pounds). The bad news? My back's playing up at the moment, so this may mean curtailing the gym. I'll see how it does after this morning's exersion.
