Well, it's the start of week three of this diet/fitness kick. On the negative side, certain bits of me are complaining this morning as I really pushed myself a bit harder in the gym. On the positive side, though, I am definitely getting fitter. I don't think I'm quite ready to kick the cross training up a level tomorrow, but it's a definite possibility for later this week. Also on the positive side, certain of my clothes are fitting better (those that were previously a little on the snug side!) and some (which DID fit) are beginning to feel a little loose. Finally, best of all (and against my own expectations), I've managed to lose a little bit more weight. Two pounds, to be exact. It's not much, but as every time I've tried to ditch weight I've plateaued where I was this time last week, I'm happy!
In other news, writing continues apace. I'm going to tuck this behind a cut, since I know it's of limited interest to most folks...

-Finish CBB drabble for the Gather
That probably sounds like a lot, but given that I've got chunks of What It Takes already written, Lost Dreams is written in draft and just needs polishing, and given that two of the other items are short story/vignette length, it's actually quite achievable.
Though what I *DO* need to do is make a better use of my half an hour first thing in the morning!
Right. That's me sorted for the next four weeks.
Time to get on :)
