Yes, for I did, indeed, manage to haul my butt out of bed at 5am this morning and I am, in fact, going to make another stab at getting into a good, gym-going routine. I'm also back on the diet wagon. I am *GOING* to ditch this last twenty pounds. Yes.

In other news (and if anyone cares!), I'm roughly two scenes from being done on The Coming Storm. Yay! I got part three finished off last night (though it needs editing), so all that remains is writing the couple of scenes that aren't pre-written for part four (Rachel's inability to write in linear fashion continues - I have a 21 page "snippets" document for this damn universe!) and then stitch the pre-written bits together in a nicely coherent fashion.
Woot :)
Of course, once that's done, it's straight into story 2 - which may or may not be called "How it's Gotta Be". Haven't decided on that yet.

As for the diet, I'm doing the Slim Fast plan - which is possibly NOT the most scientific diet, but since it forces me to cut out the crap, it generally works well for me. (And, added bonus, I don't actually need to think too hard about it, either!)
