Good Lord!

So. The office fridge was accidentally left slightly open over the weekend, which means that yesterday, it had started to defrost. Not having the equipment to finish the job (to say nothing of requiring to finish a load of programming!), I left it for today.

And My God.

When I tried to open the freezer compartment first thing, I couldn't! The ice was THAT thick...

That was two hours ago. Now my bucket is full of ice, my washing up bowl is slowly filling with water, I've unearthed an ice cube tray I doubt either me or my boss has seen in two years (!) and there is *STILL* two inches of ice sitting on the under-side of the freezer compartment.

Jeeze, we're slobs in this office...

Having said that; it's the perfect job for a hot day!

*giggles* Oh dear. We've not had THAT happen, though we do get the occasional power cut that knocks it out for a time, but never (at least, not as far as we know!) for a whole weekend!

I'm promising myself that I'm not going to let it get this bad again...
