This problem, which has been going on for TWO FUCKING DAYS, has not been resolved and don't you DARE try to tell me you're hitting your response times when I have been promised three times that someone would ring and no-one has. This is now the fourth promise of a phone call. How fucking hard would it be for your security team to, oh, I don't know, even tell me what the fuck is wrong with the firewall? Oh, wait. I forgot. That would cut into their time playing fucking minesweeper or solitaire, wouldn't it.
