Finally done - I've had bits of this ready for ages, but it's taken me a while to pull it all together.

As ever, no betas have been harmed, so please yell if you spot any incredible goofs or any big problems with it.

If you're new here, or you've missed an installment, there's a link to the left of this page which has links to the previous postings.

Caz dug down through the data files, searching for each and every mention of Greeta Kavila. It seemed, though, that what was known was patchy at best. She'd been an independent performer, working with bands wherever and whenever she could get a spot. She'd sung at one or two Alliance bases, post Endor, but she'd equally performed at Imperial weddings and according to reports from Lando Calrissian, she'd had a spot at Jabba's palace just before the Hutt gangster was killed.

And if what was known about Greeta was patchy, what the data files had to say about Doda was practically non-existent. The only solid information Caz managed to dig up about him was his name on the tenancy agreement for the apartment he and Greeta had shared. There didn't even seem to be a birth byte for him.

"This is ridiculous," Caz muttered. "There must be something about him in here." She frowned. Perhaps she was going about this wrong.

Clearing her current query set, Caz entered a command to pull up the prisoner manifests that NRI had been able to pull out of the Lusankya's databases. They were incomplete, since the SSD's crew had tried to follow imp protocols and purge the computers, but thanks to the damage Lusankya sustained in the final assault on Thyferra, the purge had only been partially successful, which meant that they had partial records of hundreds of Lusankya's victims. A quick sort eliminated prisoners whose records indicated they were either too old or tall to conceivably be Doda, and another couple of refinements removed any already identified prisoner records, such as those for Corran Horn and Tycho Celchu. That, though, left several hundred of records to trawl through.

"And I don't even know I'm going to find anything," Caz groaned. "It's going to be a very long day."

Tycho felt like banging his head against the counter as he waited for the serving druids to fill his pot with a fresh brew of caf. How many times had he, or Wes, or Hobbie razzed Wedge about sleeping in his office? Didn't he know better than to make the same mistake? And just what in the name of the Sith was with waking up being convinced he was still in Lusankya? That was probably what bothered him the most. He only half remembered most of what he'd been dreaming about, but that was enough to tell him it was disturbing. Just what had Isard done to him in his time in the prison?

"Your caf, sir," said the serving droid, holding out the newly filled pot.

"Thanks," Tycho murmured.

Pot in hand, he turned to leave the mess.

"Captain Celchu!"

Tycho groaned. More of the perks of being left in charge by Wedge. "Yes, Emtray?"

The clam-shell headed protocol droid was making its way across the mess, heading directly for Tycho. "Sir, there is an investigator with the Couruscant militia who would like to speak to you."

Tycho stared at Emtray for a moment. "What? Me? Why?"

"He said it was to do with the Lusankya."

Tycho stiffened. "No."

"Sir?"

Tycho rubbed his free hand over his face and felt the prickle of stubble. He needed to freshen up before he faced either Hobbie or Nawara. "Tell him to talk to Corran; Corran actually remembers his time there. I don't." Do I?

Barely waiting for Emtray's answering, "Yes sir," Tycho headed out of the mess, determined to put Lusankya and especially Ysanne Isard out of his head. It was over, done and past and there was absolutely no reason for him to be worrying about it now.

Thank you :) I'm actually hoping to get a new installment out sometime this week...assuming I can get the characters to stop sounding like 1950s school girls!
