No, Twi'leks do not have eyebrows. Some of them draw them on to be fashionable, but they are stylized and chosen adornment.

I know of it (a friend of mine's husband is very, very into it), but I've never looked into it from a point of view of joining, mostly because I don't really have the time. It's one of those things that I know, were I to sit down to it, I'd get very, very sucked in and I struggle to keep a balance between online life and real life as it is!
