*hugs back* I'm not sure what's worse; trying to write websites that comply or having a client of a client bouncing up and down and making a fuss to the extent that they're threatening our client with losing business if the site isn't complaint, and forcing our client to pay for a consultation to prove the site complies.

It's certainly not fun as it entailed me spending an hour and a half running each individual page on the site through the checker and generating a report for the site that I strongly suspect client's client isn't going to accept...
