So; the headache yesterday? Has more or less gone, but I still feel like about six kinds of shit.

And, amusingly, all I can do this morning (vocal wise) is produce interesting squeaks.

I'm also, occasionally, completely congested.

This means I have a particularly evil sort of cold.

Yuck.

Fairly sure I didn't order this...

All right, own up, who came to the Gather with a cold? Cos I've got one too - sinusitis is threatening to kick in, am alternately very blocked up, feeling like I could go to sleep right now, having CRAFT moments and my throat feels like I've ingested nails! I definitely do not feel like making tablet today...

Thank you :) I am feeling better today - I'm hoping I'll be able to go to work tomorrow. I'm just about well enough to be bored out of my tree! (Though, that said, I'm glad I didn't go into work today; as bored as I'm feeling right now, I know I'm not really in a condition to deal with some of the idiot clients I have.)

I am feeling better today. Yesterday was nice and gentle, and barring a cat fight [*sigh* - I think they were arguing over which one of them was going to be my 'nurse'; which would have been quite sweet except they chose the end of my bed to fight it out!], so's today being. In fact, I'm pretty much well enough now to be bored out of my skull - on the other hand, as I didn't sleep that fantastically last night, I'm not sure I'd have been in a condition to deal with certain idiot clients so I'm probably better off being here.

I don't think we've got the same cold. I only had about half a day with a sore throat - for which I'm grateful! The chief problem I've had is the complete loss of my voice Sunday/yesterday; although the voice is back today, I do seem to have picked up the nasty tendancy to hack up a lung... But, I'll take that. It does at least mean I can go back to work tomorrow. (Half my job is answering the telephone; can't do that if all you can do is squeak!)

This, of course, means there were TWO people who went to the Gather with plague *grin*
