helenp (we nearly met *LAST* summer but events conspired against us) and also nicolap and got to renew many other friendships too. Unfortunately, I should have taken my Saturday night's sleep as a hint that today was going to be painful. See, on Saturday night, between chronic indigestion and even MORE chronic indigestion, my back generally refused to loosen up. Lying on my side was painful. Lying on my back was worse. But, when I woke up yesterday morning, I seemed to have dodged the bullet.
Ahah-ahah. Yeah. No.
Woke up this morning and while I was lying down, I was fine. The moment I started to move...Oh yes that would be the backspasm I should have expected.
Put it this way. Right now? It hurts to breath properly, never mind trying to actually move. At this point, I'm sort of wondering if I'm actually going to be able to GET to work this morning...
Bleh.
