10 mins bike @100+rpm l7
2 sets squats (1 set 21kg, 1 set ??kg [next weight up from 21kg])
15 mins tredmill
Everything's been kicked up a level this week, barring the xtrainer - and I think I'm going to be kicking the bike up another level (this morning was too easy!) either tomorrow or Monday (depending on when I go next). I am definitely getting fitter.
Which is just as well. It means I can point to an improvement and use it to motivate myself to get out of bed - which I SO did not want to do this morning.
Still, it was amusing this morning; the gym receptionist (a rather cute guy today - and the only one of them who doesn't think the early morning crowd are all barking mad...as he used to BE part of the early morning crowd!) said "Hello girls" to me and three of the other regulars. Now, we are, all four of us, female. However, I'd have said I was probably the youngest out of the lot - and I rather thought I'd long since stopped being a 'girl'.
Maybe it was just me!
The bunny is still working me hard - though, as ever, in a very non-linear fashion. It's now supplying me with stuff for Changing Seasons - which is the fourth (or fifth) story in the series... *rolls eyes* Still, at least it means that when I come to actually WRITE Changing Seasons, I should have it at least half done!
