Why is it, I can sleep fine between 4am and the time my alarm goes off (to the point where I'm having difficulty waking up), yet I struggle to sleep any earlier than that?

*sigh*

Yes, I'm all zombielike over here. Going to be another fun day today - though it DOES get knocked on the head early...but that's only so's I can go to the dentist...

Oh well.

Better go see what joys I have awaiting me in my junk pile...err...work inbox.
