What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

I was tagged by liz_b, so nothing loath...

-Eat chocolate
-Cry and or scream
-Listen to music (depends on what situation I'm as to what I listen to - could be anything from something very ambient and calming to...well..."Get In The Ring" by Guns n Roses; I also listen to music to help me relax and go to sleep, though I may possibly be the only person who considers the likes of Marillion and Pink Floyd 'relaxing'.....)
-Eat chocolate
-Punch/kick something (I haven't broken anything doing this. Yet. Come close though. Yes, this does make me a tad bit of an idiot.)
-Write
-Watch Labyrinth and/or a Star Wars film and/or watch something with a reeeeeeeally good fight scene in.

Looking at my list as compared to other folks, I'm even more convinced I'm completely nuts. Oh well.

Nope not the only one - frequently listen to marillion whilst relaxing!

As for pink floyd - my best mate leaves it on all day for the dogs to listen too as it's the best thing to keep them calm and asleep

Actually, you're not ^_~ ... Marillion has great songs to wind down to... like Grendel, Lavender and Torch Song.

OK - that does make me feel a little better. Next time my boss gives me a funny look for going to sleep to Marillion I shall know at least I'm not the only one!
