*nodding* I've been keeping tabs on what sort of reviews she's been getting so the fact that 'mom' is telling me there's only been two is laughable; there'd been two before I got anywhere NEAR it (and at least I didn't outright suggest the author needed therapy...!)
And the thing of it is, if the author had been reasonable in her email, I really would have offered her as much help and advice as I could in terms of improving her writing, even down to how she could actually have improved this story.
Ah well - when people have revealed themselves to quite clearly be fairly high on the idiot-scale, mocking is always fun :)
